What is Payday Digital HR ?

Payday’s mission is to modernize HR processes by automating painful and tedious manual work via technology. We provide cloud based HR application with modules such as e-leave, e-claim, e-payroll and HR documents.

Payday Digital HR application is web and mobile optimized solution accessible anytime and anywhere. It gives user the convenience of accessing the application on any devices such as laptop, mobile phone or tablet via internet with secured cloud infrastructure.

Payday Digital HR is scalable from start-up operations to large corporations with features that are easy to implement, processes that are efficient with industry’s best practice and pricing that is affordable.

About Us

Payday, a MSC status company commenced operation in Jan 2017. Payday is the technology arm of iFORTE established in year 2002.

Combined together, we have 15 years of experience in the Human Capital Management space. To-date, we processed closed to RM2 Mil of payroll value with approximately 1, 000 employees records on a monthly basis. We have served hundreds of clients from small (less than 30 employees), medium (31-75 employees) to large organizations (more than 75 employees).

Our slogan and mission of “HR in a box” indicates a full suite of HR solutions catering the needs of clients looking beyond using Payday Digital HR application.

Our other service offerings include managed payroll services (MPS), IT Outsourcing (ITO), Contract Staffing Services (CSS), Executive Search Services (ESS) and Benefits Administration. We are constantly transforming Human Capital Management functions with technology. Our latest venture includes the collaboration with Wowintro, a Video Impression Platform to digitalize employers’ experience in interviewing job applicants visually online.

Our mission is to be the preferred Human Capital Management partner for our clients by providing industry’s best practice in HR market space. This is evidenced by our initiative in pursuing ISO 9001 and Certified Human Resource accreditation for our employees. We envisioned 80% of our employees to be certified by year end 2018 to give confidence to our clients of our competency in Human Capital Management services.
